Blocks Smartwatch, The First Modular Smartwatch Ready to Launch at October 13

Still remember the BLOCKS, the world’s first modular smartwatch? Block Wearables is a company based in the UK who took the chip giant, Qualcomm to develop the modular smartwatch. Had exhibited at the annual CES event in 2014, when the Block smartwatch will be released?

BLOCKS will be launched through a crowd-funding campaign on 13th October. For those who are interested can pre-order next week. Hopefully, the Kickstarter campaign will be a success, considering what is offered by BLOCKS is interesting enough.

Such as Google Project Ara, smartwatch modular components also offer customization smartwatch. You can choose battery or extra storage, NFC for mobile payment, SIM card, GPS, and even biometric tracker to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels and the other function.

But of all the features offered, the most interesting is probably the use of Android Lollipop, not like most smartwatch that exist today, Android Wear.
