In this 2015 HTC planning to release its new generation of smartphones. HTC want to compete against its competitor such as Samsung and Apple. In here, I want to review about one of its new smartphones in the early 2015, the HTC One M9 ( codename = Hima ). Based from source.
One of the mostly used feature in the phones is its camera. With a higher resolution camera, you could take a clear and a nice shots. HTC One M9 will be using dual 20.7 MP cameras with autofocus and dual-LED flash. The secondary camera isn’t so bad, it has 4 MP. The video is supporting 2160p@30fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@120fps / source. The cameras isn’t bad, and I think this is very nice for a fast smartphone. With a great camera, you don’t need to worry if you want to take some shots wherever you want.
The release date of this device is still a rumor and debatable, but many web said that this phone will be released in March 2015.
Using android 5.0 ( lollipop ) as its OS, this phone will be the one of the new smartphones which will use lollipop as its OS. Snapdragon 810 chipset also will be aplied in this phone which is supported by Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57, 3 GB RAM and Adreno 430 as its GPU. A good news for everyone who enjoy a fast-speed processor and also a fast processing phone, especially for multitasking.
What about its design ? HTC One M9 claimed to be one of the most thinnest smartphone in this world. The rumor said that this phone will only has 7 mm body, a nice thin phone. Supported by Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors and 1080 x 1920 pixels screen. Also supports multitouch. Thin is the best, as the most people said that.
Overall quality is very good, especially about its design, the 7mm design, but the real problem is its battery, with thin body, it doesn’t mean that it will last long. A high processing smartphone seems not enough with the non-removable Li-Po 2840 mAh battery.
