Maybe some of us didn’t really know what’s going on with LG in 2014 and in this 2015. Samsung, Apple, and the other smartphones developers are really competing each other. In fact that in nowadays LG isn’t as popular as Samsung or Apple, but LG still developing some unique and powerful smartphones to secure their place in this smartphone world. So, here I want to review about LG newest smartphone – LG G Flex 2. From the name ( Flex ) we might think that flex means flexible, yup it’s true although not 100% bendable.
First of all, LG G Flex 2 becomes 1 in the 2015 waiting list according to PC advisor which will be released at the early of 2015 ( scheduled to be released at 30 January in Korea and the other region will see it in the following month ). So what’s its main feature ?
As likely its name, flex. This phone will have a curve design, like some smart TV in nowadays. With Curved P-OLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors and 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and supported by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. This phone will have a clear screen display with a curved body.
Using Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 as its chipset and supported by Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57 CPUs with 2 GB RAM and Adreno 430 GPU and will be installed by android 5.0 ( Lollipop ) OS. Fast but not as fast as the wind, enough for you who like to open more than 1 applications ( multitasking ).
Installed with 13 MP and 2,1 MP cameras, packed with laser autofocus, optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash. Supported by a high tech video recorder, 2160p@30fps, 1080p@60fps, HDR, stereo sound rec. This phone cameras feature is good, at least with 13 MP main camera you can still recording some videos with high res.
Using non removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery, you’ll need powerbank or your charger if you bring your phone outside, but it’s OK if you aren’t doing multitasking or maybe playing games. Supported with microSD, up to 128 GB and 16 GB internal storage you’ll have more space in your phone although the internal space isn’t really that much.
