Apple Watch Receives Final Approval from FCC to a Month of Release

The Federal Communications Commission gives the nod to Apple Watch for sale. Apple Watch is getting closer to launch and that is something that is evident not only in the market but also even in the administrative field. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has given final approval to Apple Watch a month of its release a gesture that certifies that the clock apple complies with all regulations necessary for its sale.

How did we know so far Apple Watch did not have that approval? Simple, on the Apple website we could see until a few days the following message is displayed ago: “This device has not been authorized as required by the laws of the Federal Communications Commission. This device is not offered and may not be offered for sale or lease, until authorization is obtained. ”

At present, the message has disappeared from Apple Watch page, so we can assume that the certification has been granted. However, the smartwatch may require further approvals by the relevant regulators in the countries in which will be released next April 24: United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Singapore, Germany, France and UK.

A few months ago we could have known that Apple executives had met with Mexican authorities, namely the President of the Federal Institute of Communications Mexico (IFT), an entity that does exactly the same function as the US FCC: ordering and regulating distribution of mobile communication devices of the territory and the rules that are applied to these.

Apple is also reportedly met with Mexican authorities for the launch of Apple Watch

For the moment, we have no evidence that Mexico is among the countries that form part of the second wave of launch of Apple Watch therefore considering the modus operandi of the Cupertino Company in previous releases, American Latin countries tend to always belong the third wave.

As a report from 9to5Mac, proximity to launch smart watch apple is something that begins to show in the Apple Store, as many of them as large posters displayed in the new member of the family of Apple products. We certainly hope we do not have to wait much longer to have it in our respective countries.
