Lollipop Update for LG G3 (T-mobile) Can be Applied Now
Good news for you who have the t-mobile’s LG G3 because now you can upgrade your android OS to the higher OS, the android 5.0 or lollipop. After a long time waiting for this newcomer OS, now it is finally applicable to your device, but wait….the update doesn’t appear to be pushing out over-the-air or OTA yet.
You need to run the updater manually because it can’t automatically applied to your phone through your phone updater yet. If you want to wait for the better version ( because this version is actually the first version that is officially launched by t-mobile and LG ) you can wait it till the automatic update can be worked in your phone, but If you are not patient enough to wait for that version, you can still install it on your phone by using the manual updater.
You will have to go to the download page and download the LG’s mobile support tool. Once you have finished, you can run and install the program. After that, connect your phone to your computer through USB cable or another cable. If the program says that your device / software is already up to date, you should choose option button and select the upgrade recovery. These steps will guide you to install and apply the android 5.0 to your LG G3.
Before you do that step, it is better to back up your data with your chosen application to avoid losing your data. This update will not delete and erase anything from your device, but it is better to bring an umbrella when it is cloudy.
After you do those steps, you can plug out your USB cable and restart your LG G3. Then, you can see that your android user interface is different than before.
Enjoy it!
