Only 2.5 of the 7 million sold Apple Watch they would have sent their buyers. While still waiting for Apple to publish official figures on sales of Apple Watch ‘Perhaps at WWDC next Monday -, we get new reports that try to draw what would be the current situation in relation to the demand of apple smart watch. Undoubtedly, the results that bring the analyst Trip Chowdhry of Global Equities Research are more optimistic than we have seen.

According to his data, Apple would have sold by now more than 7 million Apple Watch worldwide, but only 2.5 of those 7 million have been shipped to buyers. With these numbers on the table, the analyst expects the company to be able to sell about 40 million units by the end of the year, a figure that exceeds even optimists expected 33 million by Morgan Stanley.

The report shows that Apple Watch demand “continues to gain strength,” although other studies have indicated that the company would be selling right now about 30,000 units per day. An amount insufficient to achieve some of the stratospheric figures have pointed to some industry analysts in their reports.

One thing that makes us be cautious with the information provided by this report is that, as explained by the analyst, the statistics are based on various monitoring methods used by developers, which have an accuracy of more than 85%. We do not know what kind of system refers to the report, developers do not have access to shipping information from Apple, which is interpreted only concerned some sort of tracking the number of installations of compatible apps with the Watch.

Apple Watch could sell about 40 million at the end of 2015.

Based on improved production levels, the analyst expects Apple to send more than 5 million SmartWatch end of June, a date when, according to Tim Cook, should be ready to bring the new countries Apple Watch .

As we read in Blogs.barrons, the executive of Apple, Jeff Williams, confirmed during a past interview that sales of Apple Watch being “fantastic,” but as in the past declined to offer any guidance figure. Given that part of the WWDC would focus on the new software clock, not be surprising that the company offered the first official figures. And you, how many believe that Apple Watch have been sold by now?
