It seems that 2015 will be the year of the Smartwatch, therefore there are several candidates from Android that vie for space on your wrist. Here we are some of the best devices on the market and others will arrive soon.
Sony Smartwatch 3
Sony Smartwatch 3, The Android Wear Smartwatch from Sony used rectangular LCD, it has 1.6 inches (about 4 cm). It is waterproof, incorporates an accelerometer, a digital compass, a gyroscope and a GPS module, which most smartwatches not have. Like most Android Wear smart watches, it has 4 GB of internal memory (for apps and music) and can be connected to your smartphone using Bluetooth LE. Sony says the battery lasts two days. At CES 2015, the creator of the PlayStation introduced a new and elegant stainless steel edition.
Motorola Moto 360
If you think a battery that lasts two days is not enough, the Moto 360 lasts as half. It’s a shame because with its stainless steel casing and elegant leather strap, is one of the most attractive devices equipped with Android Wear. In addition to its 4 GB of storage, Bluetooth connectivity and motion-sensitive accelerometer, Moto 360 has a heart rate monitor and wireless charging technology. Perhaps a Moto 360 2 will be better.
LG G Watch R
The Moto 360 is not the only Smartwatch with circular dial available for Android smartwatch. The ‘R’ edition of the LG G Watch may be more robust than the Motorola model (diving style), but equal in basic features: 4 GB storage, heart rate monitor, accelerometer and barometer. The P-OLED 1.3-inch sphere is perfectly circular, but that nice aspect of Moto 360 is spoiled by a deadband at the base of his sphere.
Asus ZenWatch
Now, you might think that rectangular smartwatch are not as elegant as the circular. But Asus ZenWatch Android Wear might make you change your mind. This striking wearable digital device incorporates a high-end design that conveys the feel of a more expensive watch than a shrug and attached to a plastic strap PDA. It is also very small, but has a disadvantage in terms of the battery issue, we must charge it every night.
Alcatel OneTouch
The new Alcatel One Touch also hopes to draw attention. The Smartwatch offering a reasonable price and has good tracking activity. This smartwatch round dial resembles with the Moto 360 and the LG G Watch R, but breaks with the Google Android Wear software in favor of a colorful proprietary OS. The smartwatch has many features: accelerometer, altimeter, heart rate sensor and resistant to dust and water according to IP67 level of protection. Alcatel says it has of 2-5 days of autonomy, which would make him a contender if its real-world performance will match your specifications.
