4 Problems on iOS 9.3 and How to Fix It
iOS 9.3 operating system comes with several new features – such as the Secure Notes and Night Shift feature. After updating to iOS 9.3, it makes some users encounter problems or system bug.
From our observations, there are several bug system that present in iOS 9.3. Some have already managed to normal with easy tips that we will also share in this article.
1. Activation Failed
Update by OTA techniques and ends with the warning activation failed. It requested to connect the device to iTunes. But once connected to iTunes on computer, the problem still occurs and stuck in the same information on iTunes.
The solution is Restore via iTunes, with the proviso iOS device go into Recovery Mode. How to enter Recovery Mode is quite easy :
– Connect your iOS device to a computer that is already installed iTunes.
– Make Force Restart (press and hold the home button and power up to 10 seconds).
– Do not remove the key combination before you’ve seen the Apple logo on the screen.
– You may only release the button earlier if iTunes logo has been viewed on your iPhone or iPad and appear warning sign like below on the iTunes on the computer.
Press the Restore button and let iTunes download iOS 9.3 firmware for the device and Restore process will take place. Please note, this method will eliminate all of your data. That’s important to do a backup before you update.
Still does not work? Repeat the steps above, but replace with a DFU Mode Recovery and then doing Restore. Guide to DFU Mode is as follows:
Entering DFU Mode on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:
1. Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
2. Turn off the device.
3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
4. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
5. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
6. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
2. Night Shift in Sunset Mode – Sunrise
For those of you who do not know, the setting for Night Shift mode actually there are 2 – using the customization with a vulnerable time setting or by the sunset and sunrise. If you do not find a second mode, follow these guidelines.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > ON. Do not forget to activate the mode Date & Time > Set Automatically yes to make the measurement time of sunrise and sunset more accurately.
3. Unable to Download Update Apps on the App Store
This problem is actually often experienced by many users, not only in iOS 9.3. The most often sign is when you download the update application and loading icon is just spinning on the right side of the application name.
From some experimental results, there are some simple ways to fix this problem. Starting from to Force Restart, turn off the Low Power Mode or perform Reset Network Settings. If some of the solution above still can not fix the failed download update application problem from the App Store, please restore your device via iTunes.
4. Game Center Blank (Color White Only)
Problems in the Game Center app is already quite long – since iOS 9.0. Had normal when using iOS 9.2 and in iOS 9.3 the problems come back. But the problem was finally solved with these steps:
Make sure your iOS device is connected to the stable internet connections. Then remove the Game Center application that runs in the background.
Go to Settings > Game Center and then logout and re-login your account.
If the screen is still blank, please do Force Restart. Personally, i need some time of Force Restart to fix the problem and Game Center can be opened normally.
Does not been successful? The last options is Restore and Set As New Device
