While having an antivirus on your phone is not really that important as having a task manager to kill an app. But, it is still being installed by some smart phone user as a precaution when the phone really did have viruses. There are of course tons of antivirus company that build antivirus app, like avast, 360 Security and the famous antivirus “AVG”

AVG has been around as long as you know, heck i even installed the AVG in the first computer i bought. It is the father of all anti-viruses in my opinion. It is light weight (not really) and it is very simple to use (Yes), But the very first time i use it, i always got the free subscription and not the premium one as it is already okay for me and i don’t really need the additional feature that the premium one offered.

When the mobile app AVG released, i immediately installed as i have a high expectation for it. The moment i installed it, of course i absolutely loved it. Well, because it is very easy to use also it got an extra feature like task killing app built inside. Yeah, it is why i considered on buying the premium one. You will got the App Lock feature (the password protected app).

When there is a sale 20% off on the app, i immediately bought it. After a week of using it, I IMMEDIATELY disappointed! Well, let me  tell you the reason. The feature called app lock is flawed, it doesn’t work well.

It got a lee way where when you lock and try to open it, it got a delay for about three second or so. Well, it is not that of a problem actually, but when i pay for an app, i expect it to be perfect for me, and this app is not. There are bunch of other app that could do the exact same thing and it is free with an ads for it. I think it can be tolerance.

The second reason is: the app itself is smooth when it is free, while on premium it is not. It is really not, it lags your phone a bit, and when your phone can’t take it anymore it forced closed. When you are very disappointed in it and want to end the subscription or even get a refund, they told me they can’t do. They said that the problem is not with them but it is with the phone, and told me to “Considered Changing my phone”.

In conclusion : Service is terrible, the app is awful on premium and it lags your phone. If you wanted to download it, i think that it is best to just got the free one,  not the premium one.
