A simple Adobe Photoshop to be said.

But from march 16, Google Announced that they won’t support the Picasa Photo editor anymore. Well, it is because google has launched their new Picture sharing and storage called “Google Photos“. Well, Google kill picasa for this app. So this app is the second best we think. Although in the end it depends on the User that is using the application. It’s integrated with other Google services, including Google Drive. You don’t need to open a new account, it’s free. It also offers basic editing options. Plus it supports RAW files and the interface is really easy to use.

Flickr is also great for photo storage and organization. Mostly because of the fact that you receive an entire terabyte of storage for free when you sign up for a free account.  It’s not just a place you can upload, organize, and back up all your smartphone shots as well as high-resolution images from a DSLR. But it’s where you can participate in a huge community of professional and amateur photographers.

3. Zoner Photo Studio

This recommendation from one of our reader includes a few editing tools, but it’s best used as an image organizer. The interface isn’t particularly pleasing, but it does provide a lot of information about your photos at a glance, like filename, size, date taken, and lens details. You can also tag your picture easily to keeps track of your picture group.
