There are some phone that has a built in flashlight app in the phone so you just need to turn it up and do your thing, but what if you don’t?

Flashlight apps are not really that important actually, as the new version of android already got the built in app. For those who don’t, or have the older version of the android smartphone.

Don’t worry, there are bunch of alternative app. Flashlight apps are very useful, but most users are apprehensive about installing them because have been several stories about this app. There are many ads, and it is not worth it to install, but there are really an app which is made for flashlight with no ads and it is called “Torch”

Torch is a friendly application. Its simplicity has helped it to over 100 million downloads from the Play Store. It is also an extremely simple and basic Android flashlight app. Focuses on doing what it’s meant to do with the smallest size ever (Less than 1 MB). It did what it is made for perfectly. It also comes with a home screen widget but no screen-flashlight options.

The only additional feature you get is the ability to turn on strobe lights, and the app has no ads of any sort. Permissions are also minimal but the app hasn’t been updated since last year, so you can expect issues with newer devices.
