1. Download the Application On Android device
You must download this app on your Android phone. Open Google Play Store, type Airdroid and install the app. For faster you can download it here. After successfully installing, continue to the next step.
2. Create an Airdroid Account
Now, create an Airdroid account for you. Short enough, enter your email ID and password. Do not forget to also make a nickname.
3. Connect The Device
This is the most important step. Connecting Android phone with PC using Airdroid is easy. There are two ways you can choose.
First, use the QRcode scanner available in the left corner.
Visit the Airdroid website here. There, you’ll see QR Code, so scan the QR code from the Airdroid QR code scanner you open and scan the code. That’s all you need to do. Your device will be connected shortly.
The second way is to use your Airdroid account. Simply go to the website and fill in your email id and password then hit enter key. The device will connect. This does not require scanning any QR code with your phone.
4. Access All Your Android Data
Once the two devices are connected, you can access all your phone data from your PC. Here’s the dashboard view on Airdroid site, when you login, you’ll see some icons of messages, ringtones, call logs, files, apps, find Phone, video, ringtones and more.
So, if you want to send a message, just click the Message icon. Soon there will be a whole message in your cell phone. Features you can use, read messages, send messages and delete messages.
The toolbox icons on Airdroid will help you transfer phone files to your Desktop computer. You will see a brightly colored box with the name Toolbox. This icon contains File, URL, Clipboard, and app options.
To transfer files from PC to your Android Phone, first, click on the File Toolbox option, its use is very easy to stay drag and drop it.
If you want to download Phone files to your computer, click the Files icon on the Airdroid Dashboard, select the folder you want to download and click the download button.
To manage apps on Android right from your PC, click on Apps tools. Not long after that will appear all the applications installed on your phone. Features you can use: download apps to your computer or if you want to install new apps to your Android phone directly from your PC.
