You can protect your tribe from the threat and attacks of other tribes, and enjoy hunting with friends from all over the world. Don’t miss out the opportunity to meet enormous kinds of dinosaurs and living things from the Jurassic period. Oh, you can meet alien beings.

You see, the Dinos world game is a great. It is an coop game in which you play as a mini dinosaur that hunts in a groups. You will hunt tons of things that is living through the prehistoric world. Mainly other dinosaur, but according to the description, you will hunt kingkong, alien, other dinosaur, a bug, and many more.

In the game, you will be able to choose 4 tribes, each tribes is opposed to one another so you need to be careful when you see them. However usually they are in their own map. So you don’t need to be wary all the time.

Anyway, the game is really fun, you can pick a dinosaur, hunts in a group and so on. However the flaw of the game is that there are no tutorials. It literally lets you pick your dinosaur, and bam. You go around like a baby dinosaur picking a fight with a humongous dinosaur and then you die.

After dying a lot, i have put out a tips and tricks that you can use to help you play the game. This is just a simple tutorial for beginner that have a trouble in picking up the game:

  1. There are 4 Tribes that you can pick Dilophosaurus, Compsognathus, Oviraptor, and Velociraptor. Each has their own camp in a map, and spawn in their own respective map. They can hunt in others map too, however you will be attack by other people that is playing as other dinosaur.
  2. The sound that everyone is making that is like a cry, is a summon sound. Which enables other people to summon you. However you can choose whether or not you want to answer the summoning, by clicking the flags that is red. You can also summon other people, by clicking the flags that is white. So white means you summon, while red means you are the one that is getting summoned.
  3. The map function: There are tons of things that you need to understand, which is the map function. On the map there are various of icon that you can see. Well, you might already know it but here is the gist:
    • A green star: your ally, or other dinosaur in the same tribe.
    • A red Star: your enemy, or other dinosaur in other tribe.
    • A blue spiral: other dinosaur that you can hunt, and will give you experience.
    • A red spiral: other dinosaur that you can hunt, however it is more powerful than the blue spiral one.
    • A skull: other dinosaur corpse that you had hunt.
  4. You can lvl up, and increase your dinosaur stats: There are 4 stats that you can choose, Attack, Speed, Defense, Health. Each has their own merit and i suggest you to balance or just pick one.
  5. There is a health bar, it is below your dinosaur. So be sure to check it closely, so that you won’t die. However even if you do die, you don’t need to worry. You will be able to respawn, and after a certain amount of death, you might evolve into a bigger dinosaur. So there is a merit from dying.
  6. You can also replenish your dinosaur health by eating. How to eat, go to a dinosaur corpse and just stand still to eat. Eating will also lead to gaining an experience point.

So are you interested in playing the game? I am, and have played it. So it is your turn. Check it out!
