If you didn’t know the recent news yet, Facebook had just recently released a new app called Hobby. It is really just a knock-offs Pinterest apps. The app is for those that want to organize photos of their projects, and the user will be able to save the image that they had uploaded and sort them into specific collection or albums.

Hobbi is released by the new product experimentation team at Facebook. This app is made to capture and organize your creative process whether that is cooking, fitness, home decor, or whatever you want in the app (hence it is named Hobbi without the y) according to its app description.

Like Pinterest, you can use this app to save your image and sort them by topics, which really similar to Boards feature that is available on Pinterest. Especially since those type of image is available to share on any social media platforms.

Hobbi is currently launched only in Spain, Belgium, Ukraine, and Colombia. According to some media, it is also available in the apple app store in the US. So if you want to download it, you will need t have iPhone, or iPad running on iOS 11.0 or later. The new product experimentation team also doesn’t seem to make the android version of Hobbi yet.

Facebook itself had made a similar so-called clone of popular apps and services, and this app is one of them. Although most of them don’t always survive for long. But what do you guys think about Hobbi? Will it survive?
