It seem like Moonton really wants to bring back Harley META to Mobile legends. Previously after its released, Harley has dominated the game almost all the time because of his high mobility and ability to almost kill all enemies in the game especially in the early game. However, because of that Moonton finally decides to nerf him, and his glory fades to the back of Land of Dawn. Now, Harley recently got a new buff that are going to increase his ability overall.

This buff will give Harley a new passive that reduces his target magic defense by 4 for every hit that he gives that cap at 10 stacks with a total of 40 magic defense reduction. Also, his first skill is going to be buffed, reducing his cooldown by 6s, and with 40% CD reduction it is going to be around 4.2s. This will increase his farming and ability to deal more damage in the long run. His ultimate however is going to be nerfed, but if you see the description, they are going to fix the issue where the skill 1 damage is decreased during his ultimate, which is also a buff for him.

Harley is worst than Gussion in my opinion, his skill has a low cooldown and his mobility is terrifying especially in the early game. Moonton had already decides to nerf his damage in the previous patch update, however with this magic reduction, the damage that he gives even for tank is going to be terrifying. Because currently there are only 2 magic defense item that are used in every game, Athena Shield and Oracle. One of which only gives out 36 Magic Defense, and with Harley stack -40 Magic Defense, it is going to be -4. That renders the equipment worthless.

Lastly, because the debuff affect magic defense overall. All heroes that deal magic defense will also deal more damage to the target.

What do you think about this OP buff?
