Shiren The Wanderer: Tower of Fortune The Nostalgic Roguelike game Can be Play and Download on Mobile!

Shiren The Wanderer: Tower of Fortune, which was first released in Japan exclusively three years ago by developer Spike Chunsoft, will now be available for mobile game players in Japan. This classic and nostalgic game is now available on Android and iOS, allowing you to slay monsters as you explore dungeons.

If you own a Nintendo Switch, you may have seen Tower of Fortune, which was released last year. Spike Chunsoft appears to want to release this nostalgic game on multiple platforms, despite the Shiren series being one of the most popular roguelike games and the longest-running roguelike series. All of these new postings are based on previous Nintendo DS releases, and their mobile release is no exception.

If you are unfamiliar with Shiren’s accomplishments, this series has been popular since the 1990s, when Mystery Dungeon: Shiren The Wanderer was released in Japan on the Super Famicom. Since then, we’ve seen a slew of porters released for the DS and, more recently, mobile.

Shiren is a Samurai traveler who completes quests with turn-based gameplay that forces players to experiment, find, and solve various puzzles. Tower of Fortune, a series that will be released on mobile, follows Shiren as he enters a village and is assigned to explore a tower that rises to the sky behind the village. Inside the tower, there is a mystical item that will grant your wish; this Shiren, with all her curiosity, enters the tower to find the mystical item in order to save the village girl she just met.

Shiren The Wanderer: Tower of Fortune has been released on Android and iOS, but is exclusively available in Japanese. There is no information regarding the English release yet, but considering the Switch version is in English, it looks like it will be released soon.
