Genshin Impact Players Get His 20K Primogem After a Mistake!

Genshin Impact has 2 currencies that can be used to wish on the banner, namely Intertwined Fates and Acquaint Fates. Intertwined Fates are a more expensive currency than Acquaint Fates because they can be used to wish limited characters and Weapon banners. Both fates have the same price of 160 primogems and can be converted before wishing on the selected banner, but there are some players who often make mistakes in converting the Acquaint destiny for several reasons.

Not only does it reduce the chance of getting the character they want, but because Acquaint Fates can only be used to convert standard banners, players can’t choose the character or weapon they want when they get pity.

Post from Reddit Player Genshin Impact!

A Genshin Impact player was recently caught doing the same thing, and reported the incident to Genshin Impact.  In his post, he had time to make 20k primogems that he had and converted all of these primogems to useless items. This is because they are too tired from work and accidentally press the button.

He finally reported this to CS Genshin Impact, surprisingly, it turned out that CS replied, and said he would help him.

Must-know points to get help from CS Genshin Impact!

  • Submit tickets as soon as possible. The sooner you tell them about the incident, the sooner you can get a reply.
  • Give details starting from the number of primo that you had lost so that it can be seen and CS will know that this is a true incident.
  • Give a screen shot 3 days before the incident, so the details will be noticed more quickly
  • Never use items that have been exchanged for primogems.

Those are some of the main points given by the redditor when they want to get back the wrong primogem that was exchanged at Genshin Impact. However, please note that this cannot be used because Genshin will ask several questions including the time range when the incident occurred and many more.
