Indonesian Mobile Legends Players Intended to Review Bomb Wild Rift, Except It Was a Wrong Target
The feud between the Mobile Legends game Moonton and Riot Games over the issue of content that is too similar scares Indonesian Mobile Legends players and fans. Because the company’s game, which was just purchased by TikTok, is rumoured to be erased due to the feud. With such a vast fan base in Indonesia, some gamers who were dissatisfied with the reports decided to conduct a negative bomb review of the League of Legends Wild Rift game on the play store.
However, Instead of going after League of Legends, another game with a similar acronym, L.O.L. Surprise Disco House received a bomb review from Mobile Legends player Moonton.
Wrong Target, Indonesian Netizens Review Bomb another Game
If you’re unfamiliar, LOL stands for League of Legends. When Riot Games announces that Mobile Legends will be banned in Indonesia, users who only know Riot for the game ‘LOL’ search for the game on the Play Store. Instead of the Wild Rift game, gamers will find L.O.L. Surprise Disco, which was developed by a different developer.
“Oi, don’t sue Moonton, my skin will vanish afterwards,” one reviewer stated.
“Your stupid game…, I hope the LOL that was deleted from the PlayStore reappears later,” said another.
L.O.L Developer Panic and Confused
TutoTOONS, the creators of the L.O.L Surprise Disco game, panicked after receiving a negative review from Indonesian players. The game which has a rating of 4.3 stars and a huge number of downloads, might get hit because the game is being reviewed simply because of wrong target.
