Last month, Samsung released the Exynos 850 processor that powers the Galaxy M13 4G, and a 5G version with various upgrades is rumoured. One thing is certain: the Dimensity 700 SoC will be used as the main chip in the 5G version of the Galaxy M13.

According to sources, the Galaxy M13 5G will have a 6.5″ HD+ LCD display with a pixel density of 269 PPI and a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging speeds. Samsung offers two RAM options, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB, and it is rumored that it will support virtual RAM Expansion with RAM Plus Feature and Storage Expansion up to 1TB via microSD Card.

The Dimensity 700 is said to power a smartphone with a 5MP selfie shooter on the front and a 50MP main camera on the back, along with a 2MP unit. The Galaxy M13 5G will support 11 5G bands and will be available in three colours: blue, brown, and green.
