Roblox Deletes the Oof Memes Sound Effect in The Patch Updates!

It is known that the renowned “Oof” meme has been removed from the Roblox game in its most recent patch update. Yes, the most popular iconic meme in this video game had been deleted. This information was disclosed a few days ago.

According to the developer, the sound was eliminated due to a licensing issue. The sound that typically plays when a Roblox player dies in-game will be replaced with the default sound notification. This is not the first time Roblox has encountered issues with the oof sound, as this sound was produced by a video game composer named Tommy Tallarico, who is also the CEO of a game manufactured by Intellivision.

In 2020, it was revealed that Tallarico created the sounds for the 2000s first-person shooter game Messiah and it ends up with them agreeing that Roblox is going to pay 100 Robux or $1 per user using the sound. However, it appeared like there was a problem with the sound because Roblox had removed the sound asset.
