Don’t Trust Your Online Friends, CODM Pro Player Got Brutally Killed by Her Online Friends Imprisoned 14 Years

Everyone who plays online games with friends must feel that your online friends are really your friends. But an incident makes you have to think again about making friends online, because last year a Call of Duty: Mobile pro player named Ingrid “SOL” Oliveira Bueno da Silva, was killed by another player named Guilherme “Flash Asmodeus” Alves Costa. After more than 2 years, the COD Mobile player was finally found to be imprisoned for 14 years for killing, and filming the corpse.

Flash killed Sol, recorded him, and uploaded it on Instagram and WhatsApp on February 23th, 2021 in Sao Paulo. Alves, who took this 19-year-old pro player to their house, finally killed Sol by stabbing her with a knife repeatedly, the two players met in COD Mobile and finally met together.

Alves Costa recorded all these events and shared them in his group called Gamer Elite Organization, where in the video he said that “Look!, Isn’t this wonderful” while they recorded the corpse of the victim. The group immediately reported it to the police, and Alves Costa was arrested for killing Sol. At the time of the interview, Alves Costa did not feel guilty and instead said that he really wanted to do that.

On August 15 a little while ago, the court finally declared that the COD Mobile player would be jailed for 14 years without a chance to appeal. This incident should be a lesson for them to never enter the homes of people we meet online.
