An iPhone 14 Pro Max customer discovered this issue when his phone kept resetting every 10-20 minutes. This, according to reports, occurs not only for iPhone 14 phones, but for all iPhone phones running iOS 16.0.1, 16.0.2, or 16.1 BETA.

It is unclear whether Apple is aware of the issue, however, several customers claim to have contacted Apple’s customer service. Some users also reported that stopping the background app refresh resolved the issue.
