Poncle released the update of 1.0 for Vampire Survivors on 20 October. This is a major release that will formally remove the game from early access.
Last week, Poncle posted their most recent update notes, informing players that the game’s primary content will be complete and that they would be in for some surprises. There will be balancing adjustments to items and achievements, as well as the addition of some new achievements, according to the patch notes. Here are some changes that will come in Vampire Survivor 1.0 Updates!
Vampire Survivors 1.0 Update Changes
New Achievement and Changes!
There is going to be a handful of new achievements, and a few of the old ones will have new unlock conditions (you won’t have to earn them again; they’ll remain unlocked if you’ve already earned them).
New official languages!
With version 1.0, the following languages will be supported: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese!
New Engine!
The objective of the new engine is to have the same game, but with improved performance and compatibility with more machines. As with the majority of new features in Visual Studio, it will be optional. Here are some of the major fixes with the New Engine:
– Work on machines that receive a webGL not supported error, a white screen of death, a black screen with a sad face, or have the game installed in a non-standard location.
– Resolve input difficulties or game crashes that occur when many controllers are connected to a system.
– Remapping input.
– Cloud Save conflicts due to non-useful files.
– Utilize several CPU cores:) Allow those FPS to soar
– Support for Linux natively
Minor Fix:
There will also be minor adjustments to the balancing of things in an effort to make them more useful, with Santa Water/La Borra being the only artefact for a slight nerf, as they tend to outclass everything else by an order of magnitude with minimal effort.
