Nexon Making a Family Friendly Version of Blue Archive

Nexon received a censure from the Korean game rating agency last month (GRAC). The censure in question is a content restriction in the smartphone game Blue Archive. Numerous players of course don’t like this information at all. Mainly because sensors hinder the game experience.

However, Nexon proposes a solution that satisfies both sides by creating multiple versions of the game.

This is done by making a family-friendly version of Blue Archive Mobile Game

This allows the developer to maintain little censorship in the original Blue Archive game, whose age rating is increasing. In order to increase accessibility, a second, more family-friendly version is created. In this edition, there will be a number of changes, including a reduction in fanservice, more closed character designs, and other modifications to comply with existing standards.

Even though there are two versions, neither will alter the game’s substance or give a different gameplay experience. Previously Nexon had done some censorship to their game ‘Blue Archive’ and following that, Players had been review bombing the global version because of censoring.

So now, the company had decided to retain the unrestricted original content, and make another family-friendly version to sate the government requirement.

Blue Archive is now available to be download and play in Android, iOS and PC by using emulator!
