Story:

Genshin Impact anime does not specify whether it is about the Traveler’s Quest or the Archon Wars. But it’s possible that it’s both! According to GameRant, the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit has revealed information about the anime’s plot.

The information, however, comes from a text-filled photograph released by an unidentified leaker on the popular Chinese forum NGA. The same image was later discovered on the Chinese social networking app Baidu Tieba and published to Reddit.

It seems like the anime is going to be released about an original deity in the period of Khaenri’ah the fight between gods, involving the rock god Morax.

Episode:

The leak has also disclosed that the project has been under development for the past 18 months, and that three out of the twelve episodes that will cover the well-known Mondstadt region have already been produced.

Please be aware that at this time, HoYoverse has not divulged any information regarding the structure or the story of the anime and this is just a leaks rumor.
