The developer of the MOBA game Brawl Stars, Supercell, has confirmed that their gacha system would be removed in an upcoming update. This information implies that the random chance to unlock heroes will be gone, and it is probable that it will be replaced by a progression system in the future.
Super Cell’s decision to implement this enormous system in one of its most successful titles, Brawl Star, is a significant one. This is interesting news for mobile game players, because if large firms like Supercell can make this move, it is inevitable that more game developers will follow suit in the future.
If you dislike Lootbox, you may want to play Brawl Star next after Supercell has upgraded the game. However, if you are still playing Brawl Star, you can still purchase the Bye Bye Boxes event box.
Released in 2017 and nominated for a BAFTA, Brawl Stars is a 3v3 MOBA incorporating Battleroyale gameplay. This game is a breath of fresh air for gamers because its gameplay is distinct from other MOBA games of its time. Brawl Stars may still be downloaded on Android and iOS from the Google Play Store and iOS App Store, respectively.
