The popular strategy RPG, “The Alchemist Code,” published by Gumi, will be ending as the developers recently announced that the game will be closed on March 31, 2023. Although the reason behind the decision is not mentioned, fans of the game are disappointed by the announcement. Players can request a refund for unused in-game currency.

Famous for its turn-based mechanics, The Alchemist Code has been a popular choice in the genre since its debut on mobile screens in 2016 when it was first introduced in Japan. From intense 3D animations to breathtaking anime cutscenes, the game is praised for its incredible music and voice acting. With the decision to close the game, fans of the game are shocked.

Here’s How to Request a Refund in The Alchemist Code:

Starting on February 7, 2023, players will not be able to purchase items in the game, such as paid diamonds. However, the remaining currency can still be spent in the game until its closure. Players can request a refund for in-game currency from Gumi. Here’s how:

  • Visit the refund page starting April 3, 2023
  • Choose the Refund Request option on the page
  • Fill out the available form and submit the application
  • Wait for a response within 60 days
  • If the application is accepted, players will receive a refund within 90 days through PayPal.

Please note, the period to register for a refund will end on June 3, 2023.

The Alchemist Code was well-developed by the developers, with great artwork for its characters. Although it is sad to see a game close down, players can still play the Japanese version of the game.
