TL;DR Best Rerolls:

• The Destruction – Alec + Alec SR Weapon
• The Destruction – Alec + Justia SR Weapon
• Top Idol – Helena + Justia SR Weapon
• White Reaper – Justia (for dupe) + Justia SR Weapon

Note: You can’t obtain UR weapons for 5-star costumes in the infinite draw banner.

Tier List:

S-Tier:

• The Destruction – Alec (Fire, 5-Star): Excellent single-target damage dealer, dealing true damage based on 200% of ATK rating.
• Top Idol – Helena (Light, 5-Star): Powerful support AoE costume, reducing damage for the entire team.

A-Tier:

• The Curse – Celia (Dark, 5-Star): Decent AoE damage and reduces enemy’s ATK, great Magic AoE debuffer.
• Killer Doll – Lecliss (Wind, 4-Star): Rare taunt ability, reduces incoming damage, reliable tank.
• Steel Engine – Rafina (Water, 5-Star): Deals massive +Shaped AoE damage, can purge enemy barriers, effective against shield-heavy enemies.
• Gentle Maid – Anastasia (Fire, 5-Star): +Shaped AoE damage dealer, 100% Crit Damage, performs best with Crit Chance gear or support from Arines.
• Lovely Lady – Elise (Fire, 5-Star): Deals +Shaped Physical AoE damage, reduces enemy’s magic resistance, suitable for magic-oriented builds.

Not Recommended:

• Knight of Blood – Justia: Obtained for free later, only useful for duplicates.
• White Reaper – Justia: Obtained for free later, only useful for duplicates.
• Medicinal Herb Tracker – Lathel
• The Lapis Witch – Scheherazade
• The Sharpshooter of the Mist – Gray
• Piercing Magic Bow – Eleaneer: Primarily beneficial for PvP.
