In the world of smartphone enthusiasts, leaks and renders are like a sneak peek into the future. Today, we’ve had a massive revelation about Samsung’s upcoming flagship phones, with the spotlight on the middle child of the family – the Samsung Galaxy S24+. In this article, we’ll dive into the CAD-based leaked renders that have surfaced, offering a detailed glimpse of what’s in store.
Just as we saw with its siblings, the vanilla Galaxy S24 and the top-tier S24 Ultra, the S24+ doesn’t disappoint in the design department. From various angles, the design looks strikingly similar to that of the S24, indicating that the S24+ is poised to be a larger version of the entry-level model.
One noticeable design feature shared with its siblings is the adoption of flat sides. In the world of smartphones, flat sides have become a trend that many manufacturers are embracing, and the S24+ is no exception. With dimensions measuring 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.75 mm, it’s clear that this device will be slightly taller, narrower, and thicker than its predecessor.
The S24+ is rumoured to feature a 6.7-inch flat screen with a centrally-aligned hole punch for the selfie camera. On the rear, you can expect to find three camera modules, which promise to deliver impressive photography capabilities. Additionally, there’s an intriguing detail on the right side of the frame – an antenna cutout that may accommodate UWB or 5G (or possibly both) connectivity.
Mark your calendars for January 18th because that’s when the Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to be officially announced. If all goes as planned, these smartphones should be available for purchase by the end of January.
