LEGO Fortnite, How to Cook – As you plunge into your LEGO Fortnite adventure, the importance of survival kicks in, making it crucial to understand cooking systems right from the start. Cooking in LEGO Fortnite serves various purposes, from healing to satisfying hunger and even providing stat boosts for your character.
How to Cook Meat in LEGO Fortnite:
Cooking in LEGO Fortnite is a breeze, requiring two essential elements: a cooking station and ingredients. Ingredients are readily available – corn from Grassland areas, meat from defeated critters, eggs and milk from befriended chickens and cows, and seeds for growing crops. Once you’ve got your hands on ingredients, the next step is setting up a cooking station.
- Gather Ingredients: Head out to Grassland areas to find corn and defeat critters to obtain meat. You can also collect eggs and milk by befriending chickens and cows, and acquire seeds to grow your own crops.
- Build a Grill: Use a Crafting Bench and 30 Granite to construct a Grill in your town. You can place it anywhere you like, and unlike a workbench, you can use it even when it’s raining.
- Interact with the Grill: Approach the Grill and press “Square” or “X” to interact with it.
- Select the Recipe: Press “X” or “A” to choose the recipe you want to cook.
- Deposit Ingredients: Press up on the d-pad to deposit ingredients individually or quickly deposit all of them if you prefer.
- Cooking Process: A yellow bar will appear on the screen indicating the progress of your food as it cooks.
- Collect Your Cooked Food: Once the cooking process is complete, you can collect your cooked meat from the Grill.
How to Eat in LEGO Fortnite:
Now that you’ve whipped up a culinary masterpiece, it’s time to indulge!
- Access Inventory:
- Press up on the d-pad while walking to open your inventory.
- Select Cooked Food:
- Choose the cooked food you want to eat.
- Square or X to add the cook item in the quick shortcut bar
- Dig In:
- Use L1 + R1 or LB + RB to use the food item
- Press “R2” or “RT” to munch on your delicious creation.
Eating serves multiple purposes – healing missing hearts, filling up your hunger meter if you’re hungry, and enjoying any special effects the food may offer. For example, indulging in cooked Corn on the Cob grants your character a stamina/speed boost. Now you’re all set to conquer LEGO Fortnite with a full stomach and boosted stats!
