When is the Ex Astris release date?
Ex Astris is set to launch on iOS and Android on February 27, 2024. Secure your preorder on the App Store and Google Play for $9.99 USD/£8.99 GBP. This announcement caught us by surprise, as we expected Hypergryph to share more details after the Arknights: Endfield release date.
Hypergryph not only revealed the game release date but also planned a global crossover event with Arknights to celebrate the game’s launch. “When the Land Meets the Stars” invites communities from both games to join in, enjoy surprises, and unlock exclusive in-game items.
What is Ex Astris’ gameplay like?
Ex Astris is a turn-based 3D RPG set on a tidally locked planet with a rising Xeno civilization. You, arriving from Earth, embark on an investigation, meeting a group of traveling friends and setting out on a captivating adventure.
The turn-based combat system unfolds in real-time, enabling you to block, parry, and execute combo attacks. Customize skill combinations to defeat diverse enemies, and choose up to three characters from a roster of six for your party.
Hypergryph plans to introduce more enemies, explorative and interactive elements, main and side quests, new systems like cooking and alchemy, map expansions, and other forms of non-linear character progression.
In addition to the crossover event’s teaser trailer, Hypergryph treated fans to a new gameplay showcase to build anticipation for the game’s release. Check it out above!
