How to Cure Overful?
- Craft Low-Grade Medical Supplies:
- Unlock the Medieval Medicine Workbench by reaching Level 12 through the Technology Tree.
- Gather materials for the workbench: 30 Wood, five Nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments.
- Interact with the workbench and select “Low Grade Medical Supplies.”
- Craft the supplies using five Red Berries and two Horns (obtained from horned Pals like Eikthyrdeer or Incineram).
- Feed the Supplies to Afflicted Pals:
- Ensure each Pal in your base has a bed to prevent stress.
- Approach the Pal, open the menu, select “Feed,” and choose the Low-Grade Medical Supplies.
- Alternatively, summon the Pal from its Pal Sphere, open the Command menu, choose “Feed,” and select the supplies.
- Alternative Method:
- If you prefer not to craft, place the Pal in your Palbox. This method heals Pals over time without using resources, but they won’t work in the base during this period.
- Exploration and Looting:
- Low-Grade Medical Supplies can be found while exploring the overworld.
- Hunt down specific Pals like Lifmunk, Flopie, and Vaelet to loot the supplies directly.

- Ensure your Feed Box is consistently stocked with food. This prevents Pals from going hungry, and you can automate the process by setting up food farms and using Pals that can transport items.
- Add Pals with Positive Thinker Trait:
