Palworld Overfull, How to Cure!

In the world of Palworld, a game that emphasizes dynamic combat mechanics and creature management, players may encounter the challenge of dealing with the Overfull ailment affecting their Pals in Palworld.

Designated as “insatiable,” this condition leads to a rapid decrease in a Pal’s hunger, impacting its overall performance within the player’s base. To address this issue and restore their Pals to optimal functionality, players must learn how to effectively cure the Overfull ailment.

What is Overfull in Palworld?

Overfull is an ailment that Pals, the captured creatures in the game, can experience. When a Pal is afflicted with Overfull, it becomes “insatiable,” causing its hunger meter to decrease rapidly.

This results in the Pal needing more food to sustain its activity within the player’s base. Unlike some other status conditions, Overfull appears to manifest randomly and can impact Pals regardless of the overall conditions of the base.

The ailment is marked by a purple label on the Pal’s stats page, and its treatment involves the use of Low-Grade Medical Supplies. Managing and curing Overfull is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and well-being of Pals in Palworld.

How to Cure Overful?

  1. Craft Low-Grade Medical Supplies:
    • Unlock the Medieval Medicine Workbench by reaching Level 12 through the Technology Tree.
    • Gather materials for the workbench: 30 Wood, five Nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments.
    • Interact with the workbench and select “Low Grade Medical Supplies.”
    • Craft the supplies using five Red Berries and two Horns (obtained from horned Pals like Eikthyrdeer or Incineram).
  2. Feed the Supplies to Afflicted Pals:
    • Ensure each Pal in your base has a bed to prevent stress.
    • Approach the Pal, open the menu, select “Feed,” and choose the Low-Grade Medical Supplies.
    • Alternatively, summon the Pal from its Pal Sphere, open the Command menu, choose “Feed,” and select the supplies.
  3. Alternative Method:
    • If you prefer not to craft, place the Pal in your Palbox. This method heals Pals over time without using resources, but they won’t work in the base during this period.
  4. Exploration and Looting:
    • Low-Grade Medical Supplies can be found while exploring the overworld.
    • Hunt down specific Pals like Lifmunk, Flopie, and Vaelet to loot the supplies directly.

How to Prevent Overful?

To prevent the Overfull ailment in Palworld and ensure the well-being of your Pals, follow these strategies:

  1. Provide Beds for Each Pal:
    • Ensure that every Pal assigned to your base has its own bed. This prevents stress and reduces the risk of them falling ill. Consider upgrading to Fluffy Beds for optimal comfort once you can craft them.
  2. Build a Hot Spring:
    • Construct a Hot Spring in your base to prevent the Sanity stat of your Pals from dropping. This helps in maintaining their mental well-being and reduces the likelihood of stress-related ailments.
  3. Keep the Feed Box Stocked:
    • Ensure your Feed Box is consistently stocked with food. This prevents Pals from going hungry, and you can automate the process by setting up food farms and using Pals that can transport items.
  4. Add Pals with Positive Thinker Trait:
    • Consider recruiting Pals with the Positive Thinker trait. This trait causes all active Pals’ Sanity to drop 10 percent slower, contributing to overall mental well-being and reducing the risk of ailments like being Overfull.

By implementing these preventive measures, you can create a healthier and more conducive environment for your Pals in Palworld, reducing the likelihood of them experiencing the Overfull status effect.
