Warzone Mobile Global Launch, How to Retain Progress for Limited Release iOS Players

The global launch of Warzone Mobile is scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2024, bringing the highly anticipated gameplay content to players worldwide. Following the successful limited release in select regions, Android players will receive an update to their existing Warzone Mobile version.

However, iOS users will need to take a slightly different approach. The developers have confirmed that the limited release iOS app will become obsolete once Warzone Mobile launches globally. But fear not! iOS and iPad players can still retain their progress from the previous version by following the steps below:

1. Call of Duty / Activision Accounts:

• Download the Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile app (Worldwide Launch version) from the Apple App Store after March 21, 2024.
• Launch the WZM app on your iOS or iPadOS device and log in with your Activision or Call of Duty account. This will restore all your in-game progress from the limited release version.

2. Guest Accounts:

• Install the Warzone Mobile app from the Apple App Store.
• Open the limited release version of WZM and log in with your Guest account, which was used to register your in-game progress.
• Link your current Guest account to an Activision ID through the system settings. You can create an Activision or Call of Duty account using your active email ID and personal information.
• If you prefer not to upgrade to an Activision account, sign into the updated limited release iOS Warzone Mobile application at least once before logging into the worldwide release version. You can later link your guest account to Activision for cross-progression with Modern Warfare III and Warzone on PC and console.

With these steps, limited release iOS players can seamlessly transition to the global launch version of Warzone Mobile while retaining their hard-earned progress.
