iQOO has introduced a fresh lineup of smartphones targeting the midrange market segment, comprising the Z9 Turbo, Z9, and Z9x models. Each device offers a unique blend of features and specifications to cater to diverse user preferences.

Leading the pack is the iQOO Z9 Turbo, boasting design cues inspired by the iQOO 12 series.

Equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and a robust 6,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

The Z9 Turbo promises exceptional performance and extended usage on a single charge.

The iQOO Z9 follows suit, featuring a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip and the same impressive 6,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging capabilities.

Meanwhile, the iQOO Z9x offers an affordable entry point into the lineup, powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and supporting 44W charging.

All three devices sport expansive displays, with the Z9 Turbo and Z9 boasting 6.78-inch AMOLED screens with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The Z9x, on the other hand, features a slightly smaller 6.72-inch IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Camera, Performance and Price Information iQOO Z9 Series

In the camera department, the Z9 Turbo and Z9 are equipped with 50MP main sensors, accompanied by additional lenses for enhanced photography capabilities.

Meanwhile, the Z9x features a similar 50MP main shooter along with a 2MP depth sensor.

Performance-wise, the Z9 Turbo takes the lead with its Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, complemented by advanced features such as a dedicated display chip and a larger vapor chamber for improved thermal management. Moreover, all three devices run on OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 and offer IP64 ingress protection.

The iQOO Z9 Turbo is priced starting from CNY 1,999 ($275) for the 12/256GB variant and will be available in black, white, and green color options, with sales in China commencing on April 29. The iQOO Z9 and Z9x models will also be available in the same color variants, with starting prices of CNY 1,499 ($207) and CNY 1,299 ($180) respectively.
