All Pokemon Go June 2024 Shadow Raids Events!

Calling all Pokemon Go trainers! June brings a special lineup of Shadow Raids, offering a chance to capture some extraordinary ‘mons for your collection. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting your journey, here’s what you need to know about this month’s Raid schedule.

What are Pokemon GO Shadow Raids?

Shadow Raids, introduced by Niantic during the Rising Shadows event in May 2023, add an exciting twist to the traditional Raid battles in Pokemon Go. These special Raids feature Shadow Pokemon at Gyms captured by Team Go Rocket. Unlike regular Raids, the Pokemon in Shadow Raids are stronger and have boosted attack and defense stats. To subdue them, trainers need to use Purified Gems crafted from Shadow Shards.

Pokemon GO June’s Shadow Raid Lineup

Throughout June 2024, trainers can encounter a variety of Shadow Pokemon in 5-Star, 3-Star, and 1-Star Raids. Here’s a breakdown of who will be appearing:

5-Star Raids (Weekends Only)

• Shadow Raikou

3-Star Raids (Daily)

• Wobbuffet
• Sneasel
• Hitmontop

1-Star Raids (Daily)

• Poliwag
• Drowzee
• Barboach
• Foongus

How to Join Shadow Raids

To participate in a Shadow Raid, trainers need to locate a Gym that has been overtaken by Team Go Rocket. Standard Raid Passes are required to join, which can be obtained by spinning the Photo Disc at any Gym. Remember, Shadow Raids cannot be accessed remotely, so you’ll need to be physically present at the Gym to participate.
