Samsung to Launch Galaxy Z Fold6 with New Features and Certifications

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest innovation, the Galaxy Z Fold6, set to debut on July 10. Although much of the device’s specifications and design renders have already surfaced, details about its charging capabilities and battery performance have remained undisclosed.

Recently, the Chinese variant of the Galaxy Z Fold6 received certification from 3C (Chinese Compulsory Certification). This certification revealed that the SM-W9025 model will support 25W wired charging. Samsung has maintained this charging rate consistently since the Galaxy Z Fold2, which was launched back in September 2020.

The certified phone will be branded as the Samsung W25 in China, suggesting it will offer a more premium version of the Galaxy Z Fold6 with distinct design elements and the highest memory configuration. It is expected to be available exclusively through China Telecom, the country’s largest carrier.

While the W25 variant will come with a higher price tag to reflect its luxurious design, it is anticipated to be limited to the Chinese market.

Additionally, prominent tipster Ice Universe hinted at another variant, the Galaxy Z Fold6 Slim, which reportedly will not support the S Pen. The global unveiling of these new foldable devices is scheduled for next Wednesday, promising to provide definitive details and possibly unveil more surprises.
