Ragnarok M: Eternal Love is set to receive an exciting patch update this July 2024, packed with new content and enhancements. From the introduction of the Sara Alin hero class to new MVPs and items, players have much to look forward to. This update will be available after the scheduled maintenance on the SEA, Global, and EU servers.
1. Sara Alin Hero Class
The star of this update is the new Sara Alin hero class. Sara Alin uses a mix of fire, dark, and ghost element spells to deal significant magic damage and apply debuffs to her enemies.
She also provides powerful talisman buffs to herself and her allies. Players can unlock Sara Alin by reaching Tier 3 Channeller job and using a Job Change Voucher in the Hero Class interface. 2. New MVP and Cards
A new MVP, the Card House Spirit, will appear in the Void Territory. The battle mechanics and loot details for this MVP have been covered previously. Additionally, two new cards are being added to the game:
- Broken Cocoon Butterfly Card: This garment card boosts the Final DMG of magic attacks against large-size monsters by 10% and the large-size DMG modifier by 10%. Magic classes that utilize size DMG modifiers, like the Occultist and Sara Alin, will benefit from both effects, gaining a 20% DMG increase against large-size monsters. To craft this card, players will need one Soul Player Card, one Minorous★ Card, and one Desert Wolf★ Card.
- Alien Firelord Kaho Card: This weapon card, obtainable by defeating Firelord Kaho in Void Territory, increases Magic AOE DMG by 15% and Final DMG by 1% for each target hit, with a max limit of 6%. This card is ideal for magic classes like Arcane Master, Genos, and Sara Alin.
3. New Synth Accessories
Two new synth accessories are now available:
- Waterdrop Brooch to Brooch of Spring: This synthesis grants an additional 6% Water DMG when refined to +15, making it perfect for Dragon Fist and Fenrir.
- Survival Ring to Resuscitation Ring: This synthesis provides an additional 5% Non-demi-human DMG Reduction when refined to +15, making it an excellent choice for tanks and support classes.
5. 6v6 PVP Team Competition
The 18th season of the 6v6 PVP Team Competition for the SEA server will commence on August 24, running every Saturday until September 14. Cross-server matchmaking will be available for MP, MoF, VG, and PC servers, with season points ranking and tournament cup based on local servers. The top 64 teams will compete in a tournament cup on September 21, with rewards based on tournament rankings.
6. Kafra Adventure Log
A new version of the Kafra Adventure Log is set to open, offering substantial rewards for completing daily and weekly tasks. Players can access rewards from three tiers, with the Advanced tier costing $7.99 and the Collection Edition tier costing $25.99. This adventure log will be available until November 29.
Recharge-Related Updates
Several recharge-related updates are included in this patch:
- BCC Packs: Various packs such as Job Lucky Bag, Rapid Growth Pack, and Hero Promotion Pack will be available, offering discounts of up to 26% when bundled together.
- Time Wish Machine: Costume and headwear gacha items from February 2024 will be added on August 10.
- Card Gacha Machine: A rate-up event for MVP cards, including the Alien Firelord Kaho Card, will also be available.
