4 Things Coming to Ragnarok M Eternal Love August 2024

Ragnarok M: Eternal Love is rolling out some exciting updates this August, bringing new challenges, rewards, and quality-of-life improvements for players. This month’s patch introduces the 16th level of the Oracle Dungeon, new Alien series cards, and several other tweaks. Here’s a detailed guide to all the significant changes you can expect in this update.

1. Oracle Dungeon Level 16 Now Open

One of the most anticipated updates this month is the opening of the 16th floor in the Oracle Dungeon, available in both Normal and Elite difficulties. Completing Oracle Elite 16 will now reward you with 1,290 Nolan Cards per week. To maximize your rewards, it’s recommended to clear this dungeon after the maintenance patch. This ensures you don’t miss out on any of the weekly rewards due to timing issues.

2. New Alien Series Cards

Alien Lord of Death Card

  • How to Obtain: Defeat Lord of Death in Void Territory.
  • Card Benefits:
    • Increases all attributes by 2 points.
    • Boosts Skill Damage (DMG) by 10%.
    • Killing an enemy further increases your Skill DMG by 3% for 30 seconds, stacking up to 5 times for a potential total of 25% Skill DMG.
  • Best For: DPS classes with low inherent Skill DMG bonuses.

Alien Grandma Wolf Card

  • How to Obtain: Defeat Grandma Wolf in Void Territory.
  • Card Benefits:
    • Increases Ignore P.DEF by 5%, with an additional 1% per armor refine level.
    • Boosts Final DMG by 10% if your attacks completely ignore the target’s P.DEF.
  • Best For: Builds that focus on maximizing Ignore P.DEF, not suitable for AA Crit and Nogu Cart Tornado builds.

3. Quality-of-Life Improvements

This patch also brings several quality-of-life adjustments that will enhance your overall gaming experience:

  • Crafting Material Flexibility: “Stone of All Things” and “Enriched Stone of All Things” can now be used as substitutes for crafting materials when making headwear and furniture.
  • Dungeon Guidance for New Players: A public notice board will be added in some PvE instances to help guide new players through dungeon mechanics.
  • Expanded Equipment Recommendations: The assistant interface will now include PvP build recommendations, making it easier for players to optimize their setups for different gameplay modes.
  • New Treasure Chests: New treasure chests will be added across various maps, offering materials and Zeny rewards.
  • Mistress the Revenant Card Optimization: The card’s Swarm effect will now trigger when attacking multiple targets, increasing its utility.
