Clover Retribution All 4 Professions Guide

Clover Retribution Professions Guide

The latest update in Clover Retribution introduces a significant new feature: Professions. This new system allows players to craft their own items and gain proficiency in various professions, adding a deeper level of customization and engagement to the game.

With the introduction of these professions, players can now take control of their crafting success rates, level up their skills, and unlock exclusive recipes and items. Here’s everything you need to know to get started with the newest update.

Where to Get Clover Retribution Professions?

To begin your journey into professions, you’ll need to find Ogol, the Profession Master. Ogol is located on the opposite side of the Unnamed Village lake, behind the Aetherstone portal. Once you speak with him, you can choose a profession and begin crafting.

Unlike purchasing items from NPCs, where crafting success is predetermined, professions allow you to improve your chances of successfully crafting items. As your proficiency level increases, so does your likelihood of success, potentially reaching a 100% crafting chance for certain recipes.

To craft items, you’ll need to interact with the respective masters of each profession. For example, to craft blacksmith recipes, you must speak to a blacksmith and choose the “Can you help me craft my own” option. These masters might also offer blueprints to help you get started on your crafting journey.

4 Professions in Clover Retribution

1. Mining

Mining has undergone a major overhaul in this update. To obtain mining recipes, you need to talk to Akumir, located in a cave within the grasslands. The update introduces actual ores in the game world, replacing the old system of collecting blocky ore from rocks.

You can now mine these ores using a pickaxe, which can be purchased in the shop. Some ores will require you to craft a new pickaxe, only obtainable through the mining profession. Each pickaxe has a tier, with higher tiers allowing for faster mining and the ability to mine higher-tier ores. The pickaxe doesn’t need to be equipped; simply owning it and having it in your Misc inventory is enough to interact with the new ores.

2. Fishing

Fishing has become more meaningful in this update. Previously, you could catch fish with no real purpose, but now, these fish can be filleted or sold to Ogol. Fish filets can be used in Alchemy to create “Fish Oil,” an ingredient for crafting certain potions. Additionally, other fish materials can be sold to Ogol, giving players more options and rewards for their fishing efforts.

3. Alchemy

Alchemy allows you to craft your own potions, with each successful craft increasing your proficiency level. As you level up in Alchemy, you’ll gain access to higher-tier blueprints, enabling you to craft more powerful potions. This profession adds another layer of strategy to your gameplay, as you can now create potions tailored to your specific needs and playstyle.

4. Blacksmithing

Blacksmithing lets you craft your own armor and weapons, similar to Alchemy. As you increase your proficiency in blacksmithing, you’ll unlock access to exclusive recipes and higher-tier crafting options. This could include unique armor and weapons that can’t be obtained through other means, making blacksmithing a crucial profession for those looking to enhance their combat capabilities.

The introduction of professions in Clover Retribution marks a significant expansion of the game’s crafting system, offering players more control and customization. By leveling up your chosen profession, you can craft better items, unlock exclusive recipes, and enhance your overall gameplay experience.

Whether you’re mining for rare ores, fishing for valuable resources, brewing powerful potions, or forging mighty weapons, this update brings a wealth of new opportunities to explore and master.
