Ex Nijisanji EN Kuro, State that The Rainbow Company is Better Now

Kuro, a former member of Nijisanji and now an independent VTuber, recently shared his thoughts on his past employment at the company. In a candid live stream, Kuro addressed ongoing speculation, misinformation about his personal life, and his experience working with the popular VTuber agency. He expressed frustration over being dragged into drama and clarified his stance on his previous employer, describing both its flaws and improvements.

Addressing Rumors and Misinformation

During his live stream, Kuro began by addressing persistent rumors, including claims about tax evasion, which he has debunked numerous times. Despite presenting clear evidence and updates on his situation, he lamented how misinformation continues to spread.

Kuro attributed this to people jumping to conclusions based on limited or inaccurate information. “Some people just parrot the first thing they hear,” he remarked, adding that he hopes those who misunderstood his situation would take the time to become informed.

Reflecting on Nijisanji’s Workplace

Kuro acknowledged the challenges he faced while working at Nijisanji, noting that he left the company due to personal grievances. However, he also highlighted the positive aspects of his time there and recent efforts by the company to improve.

He shared that after a significant incident earlier this year, Nijisanji’s management has shown greater care and support for its talent. “Things are improving there,” Kuro said, emphasizing that growth and change should be acknowledged.

Drawing from his own work experience, Kuro compared Nijisanji to other jobs, explaining that every workplace has its flaws. He recalled working as a bartender in a highly flawed environment, pointing out that challenges exist across industries. While he maintained that he had grievances with the company, he commended their efforts to address issues and improve conditions for current members.

Kuro made it clear that his intention was not to stir drama but to provide a final statement on the matter. He expressed gratitude for the positive response to his message, which he did not expect given the backlash he faced in the past. “I just want people to be informed properly,” he stated, urging viewers to listen to his full statement rather than taking sections out of context.

Ending on a note of resolution, Kuro expressed relief at being able to share his perspective openly and reiterated his commitment to staying out of further controversy. “At least now, people know my actual opinion,” he concluded, hoping that his words would encourage fairer discussions around both his journey and Nijisanji’s evolving role in the VTuber community.
