The latest Adopt Me update has arrived, bringing the Moon Egg and Royal Moon Egg, which introduce eight brand-new extraterrestrial pets. These cosmic creatures have taken over Adoption Island, and players can now hatch their very own intergalactic companions. This guide covers everything you need to know about the Moon Egg, Royal Moon Egg, drop rates, and how to get these new pets.

Moon Egg & Royal Moon Egg – How to Get Them

There are two different eggs in this update:

  • Moon Egg (Legendary) – Costs 750 Bucks: This is the standard egg that can be purchased with in-game Bucks. It has lower chances of hatching Ultra Rare and Legendary pets.
  • Royal Moon Egg (Legendary) – Requires 5 Special Stars: Special Stars can be found across Adoption Island, the Moon’s surface, and its orbit. This egg has higher chances of hatching Ultra Rare and Legendary pets.

How to Collect Special Stars for the Royal Moon Egg

To get a Royal Moon Egg, you need 5 Special Stars. These stars can be collected in the following ways:

  • Exploring Adoption Island – Some stars will be hidden in secret locations.
  • Visiting the Moon – More stars can be found on the Moon’s surface and in orbit.
  • Shooting Stars – Occasionally, Shooting Stars will appear, providing an extra way to collect them.

Once you have all five, you can trade them in for a Royal Moon Egg.

During the update, players can explore the Moon, where hidden structures and ancient ruins have been discovered. These ruins hold mysteries tied to Lunar and Solar cycles, similar to ancient Aztec and Pueblo astronomy. While the origins of these alien buildings remain unknown, they are the key to finding the Royal Moon Egg, which has a higher chance of hatching rare pets.
