How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

Shadows are your main units in Arise Crossover, and understanding their ranks is key to progression.

• Each of the three main islands contains multiple recruitable Shadows and one powerful dungeon Shadow.
• Unit ranks matter more than types. A Rank A Shadow will always be stronger than a Rank D one, even if the Rank D unit is a better species.
• Shadow rank determines max level: Rank D: Max level 75, Rank SS: Max level 200.
