1. Monarch Mob MOA

Moa instantly became one of the best units in the update because of how flexible he is. He works well in almost any team, especially with Ninjutsu units. One of his strongest abilities is automatically placing himself whenever another Ninjutsu unit activates its passive. He also applies Slumber, which stuns enemies and increases the damage they take.

His burn effects, map-wide nuke, and self-scaling damage make him extremely dangerous in long stages. Even outside Naruto teams, Moa still performs very well. His damage may not completely surpass units like Naruto or Alucard, but his utility and flexibility easily place him near the top of the meta.

2. Night Guy

Night Guy is one of the highest DPS characters introduced in the update. His critical damage system is completely broken once it starts stacking. After enough crit activations, his crit boost becomes permanent, allowing him to constantly deal massive damage.

He also ignores damage reduction and gains follow-up attacks that increase his damage even more over time. Combined with Pain or other crit-focused supports, Night Guy can reach insane DPS numbers very quickly. His raw damage output alone makes him one of the best boss killers in Update 12.5.

3. Turles

Turles is another monster DPS character that scales extremely hard. Every attack automatically crits, and his Fruit Meter mechanic gives huge damage boosts and crit bonuses. He can also slow enemies and support allies with damage buffs.

One reason players love Turles is because his Memorialia makes his buffs even stronger while helping him maintain his Fruit Meter longer. He works especially well with Dragon Ball teams, and many players expect him to become even stronger once more swap-based characters are released.

4. Kurumi

Kurumi is one of the most versatile units added in the update. She can deal strong damage, apply crowd control, buff herself, and even time stop enemies. Every fifth attack freezes enemies while increasing the damage they receive.

Anime Vanguards Tier List Explanation:

S Tier Units

These are the heavy hitters in the game. Units like Alocard (Vampire King), Divalo (Requiem), and Haruka Rin (Dancer) deliver strong and consistent damage.
