How to Get CCG Arata (Arata-Proto)

Maxing out your skills as a CCG Investigator is a major part of success in the game, and obtaining Arata-Proto is essential for that. Before starting the quest, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

• Reputation and Rank: Have at least 25,000 Reputation and the Special Class Investigator rank. Boost your stats by participating in fights, boss raids, and missions, and remember to upgrade your Quinques.

• Meeting Mado: Head to the CCG Hub and locate the NPC Damir D. Mado, who can be found next to the window on the upper floor. Speak to him to start the quest for Arata-Proto.

• Quest Objective: Mado will task you with bringing him five One-Eyed Kakuja fragments. You can craft these fragments with the same NPC once you have gathered the required components.

Crafting One-Eyed Kakuja Fragments

To create one One-Eyed Kakuja fragment, you’ll need the following:

• 2 Kakuja fragments
• 2 One-Eyed fragments

How to Get the Fragments

1. One-Eyed Fragments: These are obtained after defeating an Eto boss.

• Visit the Hospital: Press the P key to access the hospital by following the hospital marker. Once there, approach the counter and speak with the doctor NPC to check your RC cell count.

  • 2.5 million RC cells

  • SSS Rank, the highest Ghoul rank

  • Kagune V2 (currently only Ken Kaneki V2 qualifies)

  • 5 One-Eyed Kakuja fragments

• Locate NPC Z: After visiting the hospital, exit and take the first left turn to reach the container yard. Here, you’ll find an NPC known as Z sitting atop a container. He can update you on your Kakuja progress. Note that you’ll need to be participating in a Permadeath (PD) event to check your progress with him.

Once all these requirements are met, you’ll be granted the Kakuja form for your Ken Kaneki Kagune.
