2. Talk to the NPC (Female Vendor)
Once you’re Special Grade, find the female NPC that manages Mythical Quinques. This is the same area used when crafting Ginkui Soulless. She’ll offer you access to a boss fight in exchange for 5,000 Yen The boss is kuzen, and it drops the required Arima/Fueguchi Blueprint
3. Defeat the kuzen Boss for the Blueprint Drop

So once you get it, leave the area or immediately return to the NPC
4. Return to the NPC with the Blueprint
Don’t wait around—go back to the same female NPC where you can get the Quinque after securing the blueprint Make sure it’s in your inventory and that you haven’t died with it
5. Go to the Laboratory
After confirming the blueprint, head to the Laboratory just nearby. The crafting system here will let you turn in:
