Hakos Baelz Opens Up About Her Mental Health in Recent Stream

Aside from recent graduation news from Gawr Gura & Mumei, Hakos Baelz from Hololive English recently returned to streaming after taking a break, and during her comeback, she opened up honestly about her current mental state. While she sounded happy to be back, Baelz didn’t hide the fact that things haven’t been easy for her lately.
At the start of her stream, Baelz shared that she wasn’t doing well before her break. She admitted she was struggling mentally and emotionally, and although she’s doing a bit better now, she’s still working through things.
During her time away, Baelz realized that she had been pushing her problems aside and trying to cope by separating her personal life from her work. But once streaming stopped, that separation disappeared, and she was forced to face those emotions head-on.
She said the break gave her a chance to reflect and confront what she had been avoiding. It wasn’t an easy process, but she believes it was necessary. Even though she’s not fully okay yet, Baelz is actively dealing with her issues and trying to move forward.
Despite everything, she’s happy to be back. Having streaming as a distraction again feels good, and she’s excited to reconnect with her fans. Baelz also thanked everyone who patiently waited for her return and mentioned that she’s got a lot of fun plans ahead.
It’s clear Baelz is being real with her audience, and her honesty is something many fans appreciate. Her openness shows that even idols go through hard times—and that it’s okay to take a step back and heal.
