A major update has arrived in Fisch Roblox, bringing in exciting new features that players have been waiting for a long time. This guide covers everything you need to know about the new trading system, the aquarium, new islands, fish, skins, factions, and more. Let’s dive right in. Also check out our Fisch Codes & Previous Fisch Update Guide!

Trading System: How It Works

The most significant change in this update is the new trading system. You can access it by visiting Moosewood, where you’ll find a massive pirate ship. Talk to the NPC called Trade Plaza Traveler, who will teleport you to the Trade Plaza.

Here, trading is powered by a new currency called Doubloons. You can earn Doubloons by fishing in a special fountain scattered around the plaza. Once you have Doubloons, you can claim a stall, set up your booth, and put up fish, skins, boats, or bobbers for sale.

You can also trade directly with other players. Just select the fish or items you want to trade, and if both players agree and click ready, the trade completes after a short countdown. The system is simple and feels similar to trading in other games like Pet Simulator.

Aquarium: New Feature for Fish Storage and Market

Alongside the trading update, a new Aquarium feature lets players view, sell, or browse fish. It’s less about storage and more like a global market where fish owners can showcase their catches. You can see some rare fish, like the Chaotic Sila, Big Nessie, and Astro Apex Leviathan up for sale. This new feature helps players manage and sell their fish more easily, creating a lively marketplace for everyone.

New Islands and Fish to Explore

First Sea: Castaway Cliff

A brand new large island named Castaway Cliff has been added to the First Sea. This island is filled with unique fish like:

  • Warty Frogfish
  • Hidden Pipefish
  • Mirage Toadfish (Mythical)
  • Scalloped Hammerhead (Exotic)

There is also a secret fish called the Great Gold Cursed Shark hidden somewhere on the island.

This island introduces the Red Marlins faction, where you can earn reputation and level up ranks such as “Castaway.” Higher ranks unlock exclusive crates with unique skins. The island also features a mountaintop bar that seems ready for future content.

Second Sea: Gilded Arch

The second new island, Gilded Arch, is located near Azer Lagoon. It is smaller but packed with new fish such as:

  • Rockhind (Legendary)
  • Rainbow Grouper
  • Bottlenose Ray
  • Great Barracuda
  • Tilefish (Exotic)
  • Black Grouper (Secret)

The island hosts the Midas Mates faction, which has a different ranking system starting with “Coin Bidden.” This faction offers higher rewards and exclusive skins, marking it as more endgame content.

A third faction called Ghost is mentioned but not yet available in the current build.

Faction System: Reputation and Exclusive Skins

This update introduces factions as a way to keep players engaged by completing quests, gaining reputation, and unlocking exclusive skins. Currently, there are:

  • Red Marlins (First Sea)
  • Midas Mates (Second Sea)
  • Ghost (Coming soon)

Each faction has a seller that offers crates containing faction-specific skins, encouraging players to grind and explore these new islands.

Buffs and Changes to Existing Content

  • The Ancient Orca now has a 25% spawn chance, increased from 5%, making it easier to find.
  • The Ancient Kraken will no longer spawn as a regular Kraken; it is always the ancient version now.

New Robux Items

The update adds some Robux-exclusive items, including:

  • Fishbowl Bundle: Comes with 25 Gold Tentacles, 64x Luck for 1 hour, and a fast but tiny Fishbowl Boat with 240 speed, 80 steering, and 0.6 acceleration.
  • Orange Unicycle: Slower than the Fishbowl Boat with 180 speed, 70 steering, and 0.3 acceleration, but unique in style.

This huge update introduces some long-requested features, including a functional trading system, an aquarium market, new islands with unique fish, and a faction system for progression and exclusive rewards. Whether this update will bring back old players or attract new ones remains to be seen, but it definitely adds fresh content for current fans to explore. If you want, I can prepare a follow-up guide showing all the new faction skins and rare fish details once the update fully releases in Fisch. Let me know if you’d like that.
