If you’re just starting out in CNA Simulator on Roblox, navigating the hospital and learning where everything is can feel overwhelming. This guide breaks down all the key areas and items you’ll use as a Certified Nursing Assistant, so you can focus more on helping patients and less on running in circles. Also check out our CNA Simulator Guide on How to Play and more!

1. Patient Rooms

These are where most of your interactions will happen. Each room can only be claimed by one player at a time. If the bed has clean sheets but no patient, it usually means another player already owns the room. You can only use an unoccupied room if the player who owns it leaves the server.

2. Staff Lounge

This area is made just for you, the hospital staff. Inside, you’ll find:

  • Snack & Drink Machines – Grab a quick refreshment.
  • Scrub Color Station – Customize your outfit color.
  • Speed Adjustment Panel – Change how fast your character walks or runs.

3. Supply Room

This room contains most of the essential tools you’ll need:

  • Warm Blankets – Used for comforting patients.
  • IV Kits & Saline Bags – For patients needing fluid therapy.
  • Cast Supplies – If a patient has a broken bone, prep a cast here.
  • Catheters & Restraints – Used for special care conditions.
  • Vomit Bags – For patients feeling nauseous.
  • Puncture Tray – For certain medical tasks like injections.

4. Medical Equipment Stations

  • Defibrillator – Used during critical situations; always return it after use.
  • Incubator – For newborn babies.
  • Bladder Scanner – Helps with certain diagnostics.
  • Ice Machine – Grab ice packs for patients who need them.
  • Fridge – Stores jello and other soft foods for patients.
  • Water Dispenser – For patients who request water.

5. Lab & Medication Area

This section handles blood work and medication:

  • IV Testing Station – After drawing blood, come here to send samples.
  • Computer System – Used to order and dispense medications like insulin, painkillers, etc.
  • Medicine Disposal – Safely dispose of old or unused medications.

6. Doctor’s Office

Bring any paperwork or test results here. If a patient needs an EKG or similar diagnosis, this is where it gets processed. You’ll also interact here when sending in test tubes or retrieving meds based on doctor’s input.

7. Dirty Linen Room

After finishing with patients, remove and collect dirty linens. Once your linen bag is full, bring it to the Dirty Linen Disposal Room. Keeping rooms clean is part of your responsibilities.

8. Other Useful Areas

  • EKG Machine – Located near the doctor’s office, used when EKG is required.
  • Blanket Warmer – Sometimes found near patient rooms, keeps blankets warm.
  • Cast Machine – Needed for patients with broken bones.

CNA Simulator has a lot of moving parts, but once you know where everything is, the gameplay becomes smooth and efficient. Spend some time exploring the hospital, and get familiar with the layout early on. Mastering the tools and areas will help you provide faster and better care to your patients — and that’s what the job’s all about. Now that you know where to find everything, you’re ready to work like a real CNA in the game!
