Update 27 in SpongeBob Tower Defense has been full of surprises, but none hit quite as hard as the introduction of Fishnet Patrick. With his tall frame, flashy outfit straight from the SpongeBob movie, and a pair of devastating high kicks, this unit has quickly become one of the most talked-about mythics in the game. But here’s the twist—this mythic might just be playing in secret territory. Here’s a full guide on how to get him, what he can do, and why Fishnet Patrick could be one of the best units ever added. Aside from Broken Squidward, check out our guide on this new mythics!

How to Get Fishnet Patrick

Fishnet Patrick is exclusive to the premium side of the Season 7 Pass, meaning you’ll need to unlock the premium pass to start grinding. Once you get him, you’ll have access to prestige the pass and earn even more versions:

  • Shiny version
  • Wumbo version
  • Shiny Wumbo version

You can do this repeatedly, which means getting him to 5 stars is very doable compared to other high-tier units. This unit is not time-gated like crafted secrets or reliant on event currency—just your time and grinding in the season pass.

Fishnet Patrick Unit Info

So what makes Fishnet Patrick so strong?

  • Base Damage: 6,600
  • Cooldown: Every 2 seconds
  • Range: 24
  • Attack Type: Full AoE
  • Placement: 2 units allowed

At a glance, his stats look like your average strong mythic. But as you upgrade him, things get intense. Maxed out, each Patrick can deal 16,512 AoE damage every 1.7 seconds with 36 range. That alone puts him in the top bracket of mythics. And since you can place two of him, you’re looking at over 33,000 AoE damage coverage on the field at once.

With the shiny Wumbo five-star version plus Secret Formula, this unit reaches 37,632 damage every 0.9 seconds with nearly 60 range. And fully upgraded, that becomes a ridiculous 67,320 damage every 0.7 seconds with 77.4 range. That’s nearly full-map destruction with each kick.

Testing: Mythic or Secret?

Fishnet Patrick was tested in Endless Mode and here’s what we found:

  • Wave 197: Still holding strong, no damage taken.
  • Wave 266: Passes the standard top-mythic benchmark.
  • Wave 294: Surpasses Barnacle Man and The Moth.
  • Wave 308: Enters sneaky secret range (similar to Breakfast Monster).
  • Wave 322: Official secret territory, equal to Cyborg and Sea Bear.

This places Fishnet Patrick in a class above mythics and among the game’s strongest secret-level units—yet he’s easier to unlock and cheaper to upgrade than traditional secrets. That makes him potentially the first limited-time unit to reach full secret unit performance without needing exclusive crafting or excessive grinding for materials.

Fishnet Patrick is not just a fun reference to the SpongeBob movie—he’s one of the strongest units in the game. His powerful AoE, high damage, fast cooldown, and easy accessibility through the premium season pass make him a unit worth chasing. If you want a high-performing mythic that could rival (or even outperform) secrets, Fishnet Patrick is your guy.

With Turf Wars live, a new lobby redesign, and multiple new units, now is the perfect time to hop into SpongeBob Tower Defense. Just don’t be surprised if those high heels end up kicking your enemies clear off the map.
